All on four is a popular dental treatment option that consists of four implants in an arch to support either an acrylic denture or fixed porcelain teeth.
Typically, our Full Mouth implants do not require bone grafting as a result of our advanced techniques and training. On rare occasions, bone grafting may be necessary.
Dentures are acrylic teeth that are removable and therefore have a limited function and cause bone and tissue loss. Dental implants on the other hand are not removable and maintain gum and bone levels, and allow for optimal functioning and aesthetics.

There are very few conditions that limit the ability to get dental implants, and age is not one of them. At NTT, 99.9% of people can receive dental implants as with advanced techniques and technology. There is always enough bone to place implants.
Bone loss is common when teeth have been missing for a while.
But “low bone” doesn’t always rule implants out. It may mean you need a different approach, extra planning, or added steps.
