Why Families in Kelowna Choose Us

You know the feeling: overdue cleanings piling up, kids dreading the chair, sensitivity or bad breath creeping in, and the whole family avoiding the dentist because past visits felt cold, rushed, or painful.

Life gets busy. Teeth get neglected.

Small issues become big pain, embarrassment, or expensive fixes later. Kids hide cavities. Parents skip cleanings from fear or time. Guilt builds, but avoidance only makes it worse.

We fix that for good.

We remove every barrier so your family gets care without the dread:

Common Concerns We Hear

What ages do you see for family dentistry?

We see everyone—kids, teens, adults, and seniors. It is nice to have one place where the whole family can get care without switching clinics over the years.

How often should my family visit the dentist?

For most people, twice a year works well. That said, some family members may need to come in a little more or less often depending on their oral health. We will let you know what makes sense for each person.

Can we book appointments for multiple family members together?

Yes, and we try our best to make that happen. We know schedules are busy, so we will work with you to group appointments or book them close together whenever possible.

Is sedation safe for children?

Yes! Your child will be safely sedated by a trained dentist who will continuously monitor the sedation throughout the procedure.

Does insurance cover family dentistry?

Many services—like exams and cleanings—are usually covered by insurance. If you are not sure about your plan, let us know. We’ll help you understand what is covered and what is not.

What if my child feels nervous about dental visits?

That’s very common, and it is completely okay. We take things slowly, explain what we are doing in simple terms, and give kids time to get comfortable. We help your child feel safe, so future visits feel easier each time.

Can preventive cleanings help with bad breath?

Yes! By getting regular professional cleaning, you can eliminate bad breath.

How is a deep cleaning different from a regular cleaning?

Regular cleaning will scrub the teeth to remove tartar and plaque, while a deep cleaning will reach below the gumline. They are essential for treating or preventing gum disease.

Sedation for a Calmer Experience

Your safety is always our top priority. Before treatment, we complete a detailed consultation and review your medical history to make sure sedation is safe and right for you.

Surgical procedures are completed with IV sedation.

IV sedation helps you stay relaxed and comfortable during treatment. Many patients say the experience feels calm and easy.

For extra peace of mind, we offer a complimentary sedation shuttle with pickup and drop-off included.

We’ll explain your comfort options during your consultation.
